This class helps guide the more experienced users to get more from their system. The system utilization session includes in-depth setup processes, full review of code tables, increased data entry efficiencies of repair orders, ordering and receiving parts, meter and fuel data, and work pending. This session also includes IT issues, database administration, back up procedures, etc. Further, you will attain more from the data you have through better use of the available reports and learn to streamline other daily routine procedures. Basic data entry items will not be reviewed.

Training is the best and fastest way to increase the return on your investment in your fleet maintenance management software. With the continued introduction of Dossier updates, this will be even more important if you want to take full advantage of the latest features to maximize productivity.

“Hands-on” training provides a real-time experience and an expanded perspective on how to maximize your program’s effectiveness and your staff’s productivity. Each person attending the training class works at their own computer to maximize the training effect. Takeaway materials include (depending on the Seminar): training manual, self help guide, program user manual, and course completion certificate.

Target audience:  Dossier program administrators, IT personnel, fleet managers or other management personnel who will be involved with making the decisions about how to set up, configure and deploy the program, and who will maintain and manage the system. Basic use and data entry skills will not be covered.

Prerequisites:  This course requires attendees to have completed the Platinum Basics course or have at least 6 months of hands-on experience with Dossier Platinum Edition. For the program configuration portions of the course work, attendees should have authority to change or recommend changes to program setup. For the technical portions of the course work, attendees should have either an IT background, or network systems knowledge and authority relative to the deployment for the Dossier program.
