This class helps guide the more experienced users to get more from their system. The system utilization session includes in-depth setup processes, full review of code tables, increased data entry efficiencies of repair orders, ordering and receiving parts, meter and fuel data, and work pending. This session also includes IT issues, database administration, back up procedures, etc. Further, you will attain more from the data you have through better use of the available reports and learn to streamline other daily routine procedures. Basic data entry items will not be reviewed.

*Prerequisites: At least 6 months or more of hands-on experience and a firm grasp of the Dossier basic features.
